Forever hungry for new places and good food
I believe the best way to get to know a place is through its food. Forever In Hunger started as my way of remembering every great meal. Over time it became a diary of the places I’ve wandered and the dishes that made each trip memorable.
I love to travel and explore new places. That could mean slurping ramen in Tokyo, sharing a table of banchan in Seoul, hunting down street food in Bangkok, or chasing waterfalls in Iceland. Back home, I’m always on the lookout for the next hidden café, hawker gem or new opening around Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley.
I am also an event blogger. Over the years I have been invited to brand launches, food and drink festivals, cooking demos, tastings and cultural showcases around Malaysia, and I write about them from a guest’s point of view: what happened, what I ate and drank, and what stood out.
Here you’ll find food reviews, travel guides, hotel stays and event write-ups. Every one of them comes from my own experience, my own camera, and my own (very full) stomach.

Eat like a local
I skip the tourist traps and look for the places locals queue for: markets, family-run kitchens and hole-in-the-wall favourites.
Travel with curiosity
Every city has a story, and I like finding it one neighbourhood, one temple and one snack at a time.
Keep it honest
I share what I really think, so you can plan your next meal or trip with confidence.
Be there for the moment
From product launches and festivals to whisky tastings and chef showcases, I love being in the room. I share what each event was really like, who was behind it and whether it is worth your time.
Places I’ve explored
