Homemade creamy mushroom soup with whipping cream. Cook together with Italy black truffle and served with nice baked bread and truffle oil. Truffle oil is a wonderful addition to so many mushroom dishes. It was creamy and not chunky.
Dipped in rich egg batter, served butter, jam and raw honey. A simply yet delightful brunch to go for. Fluffy and soft. Went perfectly good with raw honey.
Hot grilled Germany sausages with home baked russet potato, mesclun salad served with their special homemade tomato bolognaise sauce. The sausages were well seasoned. It was filling and tastes good.
